As mentioned in my blondie post, I made these for a dinner party. The one mistake I made with these brownies was flouring the cupcake tin - it made it really hard to get them all out in one piece. I made them again a couple of days later and just greased the cups and they came out beautifully. These were perfect, fudgy brownies. By making them individual size, each one had a fudgy middle and crispier outside, without anyone having to eat a harder corner piece that is usually a part of making a pan of brownies. I made them for a bunch of boys so they were gone in seconds. The powdered sugar dusted on top was the perfect addition.
